Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale by [Nom et prénom ou raison sociale] (“Pokito”) of advertising videos produced with artificial intelligence tools: trial video and packs (Starter, Growth, Volume). The French version prevails.

Orders are placed by email after a quote or proposal. An order is binding once the client accepts the quote in writing and, where applicable, pays the amount requested.

Prices are shown in euros on the site and in the quote. [Specify: excl. or incl. VAT, when payment is due and accepted payment methods.]

Late payment by business clients: interest at the French legal rate plus ten points, and a €40 fixed recovery fee.

Videos are delivered within 24 to 48 working hours after receipt of a complete brief (product, visuals, audience), as downloadable files. Large packs may be delivered in batches.

Each offer includes the number of revisions shown on the site. The client approves each video before the final version is delivered. Requests that change the initial brief may require an additional quote.

Once paid in full, the client may use and run the delivered videos for its communication and advertising on all online media (social networks, ad platforms, website). [Specify duration and territory if needed.]

Pokito may show the videos in its examples unless the client objects.

Characters, voices and sets are AI-generated; no real person is imitated. The client supplies material (logo, photos, copy) it holds the rights to and remains responsible for advertising claims about its products.

Where platforms require it, the client labels its ads as AI-generated content.

For consumer clients, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies once the video has been fully delivered with their express consent before that period ends (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28).

Pokito delivers videos that match the approved brief. Pokito does not guarantee advertising results (sales, clicks), which depend on many external factors.
